Who we are
City of Chester Archers is an archery club based in Cheshire.

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through our website and participation in club activities, including membership, courses, and club merchandise.
By purchasing from us or enrolling in a course or membership, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Services
We offer:
– Club membership subscriptions
– Archery beginner and training courses
– Club merchandise (e.g. tops and apparel)
All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by the club.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary (including pricing errors or availability issues).
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments may be made via:
– Stripe
– Bank transfer
Full payment must be received before membership is confirmed, course places are secured, or merchandise is released for collection.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.
Collection of Merchandise
All merchandise is collection only from the club at Brio Leisure Frodsham or Helsby.
We do not offer delivery.
You will be notified when your item is ready for collection.
Membership Terms
Membership is subject to:
– Completion of any required forms
– Payment of applicable fees
– Compliance with club rules and Archery GB regulations
Membership may be refused or revoked at the committee’s discretion if conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership period has commenced, except where required by law.
Safety and Participation
Archery is a sport that carries inherent risk.
By participating in club activities or courses, you acknowledge:
– You will follow all safety instructions
– You will comply with club rules
– You understand that failure to follow safety procedures may result in removal from the range
City of Chester Archers cannot be held responsible for injury resulting from failure to follow instruction or club safety policies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and materials are the property of City of Chester Archers unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce or use our branding without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product, membership, or course.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
