Our Ranges

We’re fortunate to have two dedicated ranges – one indoors, one out – giving members the flexibility to shoot year-round whatever the British weather decides to do.

Indoor Range

Frodsham Leisure Centre

Our indoor range at Frodsham Leisure Centre is where most journeys with CCA begin. Set at 20 yards, it’s the home of our beginner courses and our regular Saturday (11am – 1pm) and Sunday (10am – 1pm) sessions.

It’s a welcoming, controlled environment – ideal if you’re just starting out, working on technique, or prefer a consistent shooting experience regardless of the season.

Outdoor Range

Helsby Community Sports Club

When the season opens up, so does the range. Our outdoor ground at Helsby Community Sports Club offers distances up to 70 yards across open ground – a proper step up for archers looking to develop their game or compete.

Available 7 days a week throughout the summer, there’s no shortage of time to shoot. And when you’re done, the club bar is right there. Not a bad way to end a session.
